This project will require the remediation of this erosion and include some stream bed and toe rock armouring, and major bank battering and revegetation works along 250 m of one bank.
In total, 88 projects were completed by 30 June 2019. These included:
Approximately 290,000 tonnes of sediment have been prevented from polluting the coastline every year; including the Great Barrier Reef and Moreton Bay environments.
