Summary

This project aims to:
  • re-vegetate Maria Creek with weed removal
  • protect remnant vegetation by constructing vehicle barriers
  • develop interpretive signs and an information brochure to educate the local community about issues relating to the area
  • map habitat trees and install nest boxes
  • set up school activities and encourage community awareness of World Wetlands Day, World Environment Day and National Tree Day.
